How much does a website cost in Dubai in 2026?
There is no single price. A business website in Dubai can cost a few thousand dirhams or tens of thousands, depending on how many pages you need, how custom the design is, what it has to do, and whether it is in English and Arabic. At frontage., a 5-page website is AED 4,500 and live in about two weeks.
What actually drives the price
| Factor | Why it changes the cost |
|---|---|
| Number of pages | More pages means more design, writing and testing. |
| Template or custom design | A template is faster and cheaper; a custom design fits your brand and stands out. |
| Features | Booking, calculators, quote forms, listings or online payments all add build time. |
| Languages | English and Arabic means two versions of every page, including right-to-left layouts. |
| Content | If someone writes the text or takes the photos for you, that is extra work. |
| Integrations | Connecting to WhatsApp, a CRM, calendars or ad tracking takes set-up and testing. |

The running costs people forget
- Domain name: your web address, renewed every year.
- Hosting and security: where the website lives, plus the certificate that makes it secure (https).
- Maintenance: updates, backups and small changes. Optional, but a neglected site slows down and becomes a security risk.
Ask for these in writing before you start, so there are no surprises in year two.
Five questions to ask before you pay anyone
- Will I own the domain, the website and the accounts? If not, walk away.
- Is the price fixed, and what exactly is included?
- How fast will it load on a phone? Most of your visitors are on mobile.
- How will customers contact me? In the UAE, a WhatsApp button matters as much as a form.
- Will Google and AI assistants be able to understand it? Ask about structured data and search basics.
Is a cheap website good enough?
Sometimes, yes. A simple template can work well if it is fast, clear and easy to contact you from, and you own it. The real cost of a poor website isn't the invoice. It is the customers who leave because the page was slow, confusing or had no obvious way to reach you.
